中国社会工作者协会儿童社会工作委员会 吴建英

摘要：中国社会工作者协会儿童社会工作委员会，专业从事困境儿童救助工作，为了帮助中国上百万患脑瘫的儿童，设立了脑瘫儿童康复专项。通过建立脑瘫儿童康复室、家长培训、福利院康复师培训开展脑瘫儿童康复。
我们了解到国内一项新的科技成果，是由王玉玲博士创建的生物电共振治疗技术，不仅有完善的生物电医学理论，在技术上，生物电技术是对针灸的发展，可以快速治疗疼痛、失眠等疑难杂症，在一年多的临床应用，有近百例瘫痪进行治疗后取得了良好的疗效。
为了能够有效救助脑瘫儿童，我们与北京大学第六医院、北京神康医用科技有限公司共同合作启动了脑瘫、癫痫的康复工程。目前该项目正在进行积极筹划和实施中，计划在一些福利院进行脑瘫和有癫痫病儿童的治疗。在取得疗效后，进一步推广，让更多的脑瘫儿童受益。

脑瘫儿童在我国每年新增加4万多人，这些孩子的出生，给家庭和社会都带来很沉重的负担。儿童社会救助工作委员会的任务就是动员社会力量，帮助这些有需要的孩子们，让他们能够健康成长。王博士发明的生物电共振技术，能给这些患病儿童进行有效治疗，使我们非常期待的，我们希望通过共同合作，给这些孩子和家庭带来希望，给社会带来和谐和进步。

Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy Rehabilitation Project

Children's Social Work Committee, a branch of China Association of Social Work, is specialized in children aid, and sets up a Rehabilitation Center of the Children’s Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Epilepsy. The common used treatments are massage, acupuncture and physical therapy.
Last year, we began to know Dr. Wang Yuling’s bioelectricity medicine. It’s a new theory, and the curative effect is significant for pain, insomnia and other diseases. During the one-year clinical trials in PLA General Hospital, there are about 100 paralysis patients receiving the BRT therapy, and got good effects.
In order to help the cerebral palsy children more effectively, our committee began to cooperate with The Sixth Hospital of Peking University and Beijing Shengkang Medical Instrument Co. Ltd. To begin with a pilot project and now it is at planning stage. Once the result is positive then we will further to help more children by suing Bio-electricity Technology.
Each year, there will be 40,000 Cerebral Palsy which is a huge burden for the family or even the society, what we do is to mobile the resources from the society and help more children in needs. 
BRT estrablished by Dr. wang yuling could help those children more effectively which gives us more hope,  we hope that we can bring hopes to those children and their families, so that we can contribute our effort to a harmny society.
